At Eve, we aim to deliver a seamless experience from checkout to delivery. Below is an overview of our shipping process and timelines.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If you are outside the U.S., please stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at taylor@evebytaylor.com and we will do our best to assist. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
